"dawnzerlylight" is a music project by G. D. Burns, a non-native Oregonian who moved to Portland in 2003. Influenced by the climate of the Pacific Northwest, his childhood moving around the country, a ten-year background in writing poetry, and many styles/genres of music & literature, the project is an expression of Gary's roots and the budding life of his that seeks to understand its meaning through sounds, words & images.
