these are some badges that derek m and i made. he organized them on shirts in the shape of flags.

derek m and i were making beer cozies for our band to sell at shows. we made them into a flag.

the lighting makes them look like they are computer generated. weird huh.

this is sooo funny. i couldn't believe that we made this display.

we saw posters around town for political office. then we made these ones for our own agendas. "vote yes for dancing" - when i move you move. and "are you choosing fun?" - because we can do anything we want to.

i don't think what i was painting at this time really mattered. It was more the techniques i was finding. i really like the way the paint lays up against pencil lines.

you can't see the army men. but they are walking on clouds that are painted on the top of this surface. they've been cropped. poor little army men.
