Hi, I'm Destroyifyer. I enjoy making electronic music, and have refined my techniques over the years. Strangely I wind up using worse and worse equipment as the years go by! Ha ha ha, but you have to work with what you have got! I confess, my computer is my instrument of choice, but occasionally I will use a second hand keyboard which, always winds up chopped and phased on my computer.
I believe that mathematics is an important part of making electronic music. Lately I have become more 1-2-3-4 with my music, constantly working with halves and doubles, 1/4ths, 16ths, 32nds...not to mention 64ths, 128ths, and 256ths...oh, and I almost forgot, 512ths and 1024ths.
Although I completely lack any musical training (listen to my music HA HA!) I've developed my own sense of sound as I grow. I once told a friend "I wouldn't trade my shitty guitar skills for any classical guitar training ever!" And I meant that, on account of the fact that, If I would have learned notes, and scales, and chords, then where would the invention come in? It might not sound good, but what is good compared to new?
Later on!
