Yeah I only found out about the relaunch just the other day as well. I just like the look and feel of virb. even the old one. I'm going to try to stick around and same as you, try to tinker with the design. That's the fun part. Plus trying to keep in touch with everyone on here as well.
I like that they've incorporated a lot of other sites like twitter, I really hope I can get a lastfm widget up on here soon. plus I'd like to get some blogs up and running. I'm off to Japan for a week next week!! Can't wait, I'll be getting some pix up on here, hopefully.
Anyway, take it easy and I'll keep in touch.
