DIECAST have triumphantly returned with a stunning new effort, Internal Revolution, which perfectly showcases their constant evolution while fully developing their own unique sound that is destined to stand out as one of the scenes most promising acts. With a new lineup in tact, the group were able to expand upon their influences with no preconceived boundaries and the results were unlike anything they ever expected.
In 2003, DIECAST enlisted vocalist Paul Stoddard who immediately pumped new life into the band and songwriting process. The group signed with Century Media Records and commenced recording shortly thereafter. The band stormed back onto the scene in 2004 with the ferocious album, Tearing Down Your Blue Skies, which marked their first effort with Stoddard handling vocal duties. The disc was hailed by critics as the bands most accomplished work yet, as anthems such as Medieval, Rise and Oppose and These Days were greatly embraced by Headbangers Ball and Uranium. DIECAST toured the world relentlessly with the likes of Ill Nino, Agnostic Front, Hatebreed, Napalm Death and 3 Inches of Blood, further showcasing their chameleon-like ability to throwdown with any band anywhere.
With Internal Revolution, DIECAST have now carved out their own refreshing, unique niche within the scene.
