I have been working with the web for around 12 years now, I continue to be passionate about it and still find the possibilities inspiring.
I love fine wine, good brandy, real ale and great food - I also enjoy cooking good food.
Music is my main passion in life, reading about it, listening to it, collecting it and of course going to gigs.
I am a bit of a closet audiophile and do a fair bit of work for a high-end hifi company (mainly photography ... see: here) which only serves to further my "habit" for audio exotica. I have been working on my system for around 10 years - these days I only run Audio Note equipment.
I am a coffee fiend, the stronger the better.

Giving up tobacco really sucks ...
.... there it is, addiction. What is it about tobacco and its seemingly intrinsic ability to speak to an ancient part our psyche, at least that has been my experience since I started smoking - harking back to some forgotten time of still reflection, a key to the door …
