I'm a yankee, but grew up in Austin. I finally escaped Texas '05 when I moved out here to Atlanta. I liked Austin, but I guess I never felt like I fit in. At least, not like I do when I travel up north. I always wanted to live on the east coast. I used to be a freelance web developer. Used to do the ol' Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing thang. Lately, doing tier 1 call center Knowledge Management Systems Integration with Java.

Yeah, I'm still alive. I put in close to 300 hours in the last month. The ASP.NET app launched without a hitch, mostly. I had to change a config file for the "clustering" to work, but it only took a second.
I can't wait for the weekend.

Finally
Friggin' web app. We finally finished construction tonight. Finally home at 10pm. I got home "early" tonight. So glad it's finally done. Now I can dig into what the other teams are working on without a distraction.

Hooray. 12am calls with offshore. Rolling home at 2am after discussing Oracle transaction object references in C#. Livin' the dream. On some levels, I really do love this. Maybe I'm crazy.
