About
Formed in late 2006 due to a drunken text message, the roots of the band are much too complex to go into here. Needless to say we all enjoy vastly different styles of music and hopefully that creates something new rather than sounding like anyone else in particular.
What started out as as a chance to play around and then go for a drink slowly developed into something more and we feel we have songs that people might like to hear. If thats the case then we'd love to hear from you. The name comes from the pilot episode of Twin Peaks, the change of vowel is purely asthetic.
We're the Douglas Furs and we have a Canine problem in a lawned recreational area.
