Wow! I just returned from the Apocalytica concert at the Fine Line Music Cafe in Minneapolis, MN, and all I can say is Wow! The music was amazing. Great metal sound with an amazing classical twist! Four cellos, a drummer, and an occasional lead vocal. They played an amazing cover of David Bowe's "Heroes" that was adapted by Rammestein and adapted for the four cellos of Apocalytica. Lots of new material from the band and the classic Metallica covers. I took two people who are not metal fan with me and they LOVED IT! I even heard it was better than anything they had seen at Minnesota Orchestra Hall all year. That says a lot consider she does not like Metal and loves Jazz and Classical!

This tour features their new album release, World's Collide. I will be going next time they are in town! I love the small venue, 10 feet from the band, great sound and excellent show!
