Dub I.D. has been DJing since 1990, affliated with Umoja Soundsystem International.

Dub I.D. also produces as Double Identity for the Voltage Music label, based in San Francisco. The label's motto is Dub For The Dancefloor!

Dub I.D. is known for spinning original dub (King Tubby, Glen Brown, Roy Cousins, Mad Professor) as well as dubstep. He promoted S.F.'s first ragga-2step party in 2000 called Rude with residents Mike Bee, ML Tronik and Star Eyes. Dub I.D. also DJs other eclectic styles from the Afro-Caribbean diaspora. "Style a style / pattan a pattan" Catch Dub I.D. at clubs throughout the Bay Area and world.
