Basically I'm a University student, here in Canada, and I just finished my third year in Linguistics. Once I graduate (which will hopefully be next year), I'll go back to Japan and teach English, for at least for a few years. I lived in Japan for a year, and most recently went back this past September. I can speak Japanese, but I'm much stronger in reading and writing. 〔めちゃくちゃシャイな性格なんですから；〕

Aside from school, I have three jobs. One, however, is seasonal so it's just from May until October. The other two, are teaching piano lessons every Monday and Thursday and teaching Japanese every Saturday morning. In the summer, I'll be teaching Japanese in summer school for five weeks.

I love music, especially Japanese visual bands and spent most of my time in Japan going to concerts ((*^-ﾟ)vｨｪｨ♪). I also play piano (which, is pretty obvious if I teach it, haha), and I'm slowly (read: extremely slowly) working on completing my grade ten.

I absolutely adore animals, and have two birds and a dog (you can see their photos in my photos section). My dog, Watson, is a Wire Haired Fox Terrier and both Aki and Hiro are budgies (parakeets).

Pink is my favourite colour (as I'm sure you can tell by this profile). Tea is pretty much the only thing I drink. I like a lot of crime-related TV shows, sitcoms and a couple of reality shows (like ANTM).

Anyways, feel free to send me a message or anything like that. But, if you want to friend request me, please sent a message or something first. I don't really like it when random people who I've never talked to before in my life send me a friend request.

I don't accept any friend requests from bands, unless of course they're obviously the kind of band I listen to. The bands I listen to are written to your right.

Usually when I create a new journal or something (by usually, I really mean I did this on my vox), I find a survey and fill it out, because it's interesting learning about people that way, and a lot of the questions are random which makes it more fun.
