Even in this world of e-mails, text messages and iPhones, I still think there's a place for vintage communication-handmade cards, chocolate sculptures and custom cakes. What piece of technology says "I love you" more than a piece of double chocolate cake with mocha butter-cream frosting and a hand-written, cut-paper card? Now don't get me wrong, I love my beautifully designed iMac, my supercharged VW Jetta engine and my ruby red iPod, but I also love the look on people's faces when you show them one of my hand-crafted chocolate sculptures.
