About

(Mainly) based in Toulouse, France, En Voie is a collective process aiming to develop cultural patterns : music, photography, painting, video, litterature...

En Voie, which would mean "on the way" in french almost as well as "send it" if we play a little with words, organizes shows and expositions for its artists and develops proper projects like common expositions, encouterings and more. Thus, the association is in fact a collective as well as a label in the more noble term : a record label but also a "signature" in which graphic artists find their way and contribute to this common identity.

Since the beginning, En Voie has been based on the principle of an exchange, a crossover between all those forms of expressions that own their own way to deal with topics, emotions, feelings ; this is why we are trying to start from a common theme and see what happens when it's transcripted graphically, musically, and so on. Or, see how music can be painted and how pics can be sung...

Originally initiated around workings of the post-rock band Samsara, En Voie tried to keep this experimental color.

But, first of all, the history starts with a few friends wanting to tear up the best from a collective emulation, and the best from the pleasure to build something together.
