Hey guys!
So, I want to buy Adobe Photoshop and also something that does Flash stuff. I don't want the $600+ editions but are there others out there? I know some of you have been using Photoshop for a while and I'm ready to jump in. Where do I go with that?

Do any of you know anything about Shockwave/Flash files and/or how to create them?
I'm trying to recreate something pretty simple and for whatever reason, I cannot find a program that will do the job.
