The Noog...

So i just moved to Chattanooga, TN. The trip was painful, but the longer i drove, the easier it became and the more anxious i became. I stopped in Atlanta to visit a friend from college. He works at Cartoon Network. The department he's in used to be over at William Street but is now in the Turner Building(s). It is nothing short of amazing. Its exactly what you expect from CN and more.

When i first rolled into Chattanooga, i apparently drove through the worst part, so my first impression was pretty awesome... After the second day i got a chance to tour the downtown area which is very nice actually. The guy that runs the studio that I'm working from has been more than accommodating. He's taken me out every night so far and included me in everything that has been going on. I've only been here for three days and still have mixed feelings.

Tuesday i go to Seattle to catch up with the Paypass bus that i did the game for. I'll be hanging out with some friends out there and making sure the game and bus debuts without a hitch. I get back Thursday in time to wrap up a commercial for some company in Orlando thats due Friday morning, then roll out to Nashville to see a friend off to the AirForce and become a spectator of the RedBull thing thats going on there. I've been crazy busy lately(trying to make that money). Things are looking good though and I've been learning more than i thought i would in this short period of time.

I'm stoked about going to Japan. I'm leaving August 21st for Kansai International Airport (Osaka, Japan). I'm traveling with a good friend from college, Kojo, and staying with another friend we went to college with. Where kojo will only be staying for 2 weeks, I've decided to run shop from Japan as long as possible. I'll be staying with a buddy from college and my best friend from growing up. Both of which are teaching English in Japan through the JET program. While I'm over there, theres a possibility that i might be able to meet a friend in Hong Kong. That would make the trip twice the fun!!

Last but absolutely not least: I had a blast hanging out with some people before i left Florida. I will truly miss all of my friends. I'm grateful for every single one of them and appreciate the ones that stuck around even when i was a total asshole. I hope to visit again but i don't think Orlando is for me.
