F J Blues is the definative all Aussie blues band.
What could be more Aussie than the original F J Holden? Couple that with their home brew blues written about their experiences and feelings from drought to being ripped off in distant countries. Include the influences of T Bone Walker, Robert Johnson, BB King, Robert Cray, Watermelon Slim, The Alm,an Brothers, The Blues Brothers and a few dozen others and you start to get the idea.
F J Blues age and experience range is large and helps extend their solid blues feel and empathy. Detroit Scoey actually got his name in Detroit USA when working with Prudence Burrell. He was the only white man for miles around some nights.

Mister Peter is now on vocals and drums. Watch out Phil Colins Mister Peter has HAIR. We are looking forward to doing some of his accoustic based numbers from his writing ability too.
