The Windmills they are a turnin'

Ok, so the excerpt may have been a draw card to get you to read this. I'm pretty sure everybody wants to know all there is to know about windmills, but I'm writing to let all 2 of you know that I'm in an obscure band called The Secret Windmills of Holland! I have no pro PR company sending out stuff left right and centre, so I'm gunna just tell you that TSWOH are jazz magicians. I'm not sure if anyone has already coined that phrase, but that's what the Windmills are. We don't actually play jazz... at least, I'm pretty sure we don't. While I say we, there is only currently one active member in the band, but that's ok. It's not even a setback.

So anyway, http://www.virb.com/thesecretwindmillsofholland has a song you can listen to. I'm sure if you google the windmills you may find a few others that I've yet to be arsed to upload to the virb page. At the moment, they're completed songs but should probably be re-recorded at some stage, so consider them demos if you will. I'm not sure what a demo is, since they're not just a part of a song that you have a limited time with. Go nuts and listen to them a million times if you possibly dare, but yeah... I suppose the sound quality could be better or something?

My theory is that if I peddle the windmills enough on random sites, somebody is eventually going to listen and say "Hey, they're not so dreadful, I think I shall be a fan!"

The Windmills are on facebook too, if that's your thing... although, if that's your thing, you're probably not here reading this, are you? They're on myspace too, but ... myspace... shudder.
