me and my brand new motu

Because now every output of an synth or sampler is connected and allready prepeared to record.
so i only do some basic sequencing with pc and all other things like sweeps or sample- and sound- fx i do in realtime with the knobs and faders of emu-virus-orbit-rolandmt and record them ( midi and audio )
After this i look for the best parts of the one-man-jamsession cut all of these parts into a pool and rearrange it until the soundarrangement fits for mixable tune or i start again for shaping sounds sending them throug any pedals or effectsections and so on.
In a few weeks you can listen to new tunes made in this way.

Please excuse my bad english knowledge.

oh yeah i´ve got a brandnew accessVirus at myplace

Yo

Now i have a analog modelling synth

First thing i recognized was that the virus has 6 Audio-outputs.
So i have to enlarge my soundsystem from 6 avaible inputs to now needed 10

(in fact i will try get some mixer and Interface with up to 24 channels because i dont like
to buy every secound month a new mix/interface.)

And now there is also the need for a midi merger/mapper/patcher.
Now i decided to get the new mackie VLZ mixer. This mixer one of the best mixer for studio and analog summing.
And for midi i´ll order any cheap mapper like Akai,,behring,,..,,..

yesterday i touched first time an virus it felt very good.
yesterday i turned for first time an virus knob and it sounds really fat.
yesterday i did my first virus filter sweep with a touch of saturation. yeah
today i´ve lost my job / because i thought that i should rather make a new album with virus than go to work

Hi to everyone who knows a little bit about / sounds and studio
After working 4longtime with Vsti I have now decided to use more analog sounding and analog equipment.
Analog equ. sounds much more powerful , rough. ( i love to use these for overdriven filtersweeps you can´t make such sweeps with digital tools)
So I´v been searching around for the most suitable analogsynths.
Well known und used since many years are synths from Bob Moog , MFB , Korg.
It´s not so easy to find some of these rare synths. But with patience and some money&ebay you will succed like me
Actually i bought a MFB(240Euro) and an access virus(340). Now i will make some tunes so you can listen to my new access and mfb. In next blog i will tell about the first steps with mfb and access
