Gabriele Ranica (gabran) a partire dagli anni Settanta, ha suonato in gruppi di musica jazz ed improvvisazione contemporanea.
L'incontro col Maestro Angelo Paccagnini l'ha riportato alla riflessione sul suono indirizzandolo verso l'estetica della ricerca musicale.
Ha pubblicato per Raccolto Edizioni: "Angelo Paccagnini: Lo scontento cosmico".

Gabran (Gabriele Ranica) since halves the seventies has played in bands of progressive music, free jazz and contemporary improvisation.
The interest for electronic music on tape and for computer music was born toward the beginning of the eighties.
The search and the improvisation are at the base of its works.
