Comcast's New Terms of Service Disclose (their crappy) Traffic Management
Months after third parties were able to demonstrate that Comcast was throttling BitTorrent traffic, along with the FCC's decision to investigate Comcast's P2P throttling, the cable company has quietly changed (for the first time in 2 years)its Terms of Service.
