Out now in the shops is DJ Guy's Going Crazy EP, released on May 19th 2008. 7 hot tracks on wax, with a limited number on seethrough red coloured vinyl too. Check out the tracks on the player on this page.

Global Fire is a new label started in 2007 by DJ Guy, dedicated to releasing a spread of the best in club music. The label aims to put out the majority of releases on vinyl, as well as making the music available digitally, which should be great news for all the wax-starved DJs out there.

Out now is DJ Guy's Going Crazy EP, released on May 19th 2008. The EP features 4 original booty tracks along with an instrumental and extended version of one of the tracks, plus a handy scratch sequence for DJs to fuck around with. The EP goes from bass-heavy Detroitish electro funk to Chicago Juke and along with the regular black vinyl there are limited numbers of seethrough red 12"s too.

Before the Going Crazy EP, and lighting the fire on a Detroit Ghettotech theme, the debut release on Global Fire was the Incendiary EP by DJ Guy, released on November 5th, 2007 (Fireworks Night in the UK). The EP featured 4 tracks that were previously only available on digital format (on the Non Stop DJs' "Rock The Nation" release on Databass Online), along with an all-new track, "Bucked Up". Demand for the 4 previously digital-only tracks to be made available on wax was high, with "The Runner" first having been aired on Goon & Koyote's classic 2005 "Diamond Grills" mix CD and subsequently on the first ever Serato-commissioned DJ mix, "Serato Presents: DJ Godfather - For The Freaks".
