So who's your favourite theologian?

I really dig Rob Bell's stuff. It seems to be less systematic to me - AND he embraces the impossible questions of faith without feeling he has to justify things.

I've also read a lot of John Wesley, C.S. Lewis, Ravi Zacharias, and N.T. Wright - but I don't know if they fit in that category?

What about you?

Those are all good guys. I've been meaning to read Rob Bell's books for a while. My flatmate has "Velvet Elvis" and "Sex God" is on my Amazon wish list. Both seem pretty cool. I haven't read any Wesley, but C.S., N.T. and Ravi are all great. Lewis didn't like being called a theologian, but I'm sure the other guys didn't/don't mind :)

My faves are Karl Barth, Stanley Hauerwas and N.T. Wright. I'm still discovering the wonderful and fascinating world of theology, so the list will definitely expand/change in the future.
