Not much going on here, so I'll start it off with something simple I guess.

Was the new Indiana Jones film a disappointment for fans or simply as a film in general??

I'll tell you right now that the new Indy movie was everything I knew it was going to be. Long story short, Indy movies have always had great humor and action/adventure. It's what the series is all about. However, the new one suffered from the one major mistake that every huge franchise movie has been suffering from-stupid comedy/humor. I don't know why every film has to be made "viewer friendly". Indy was obviously loaded with stupid immature comedy that is expected from every fucking major Hollywood release. It's purposely made this way for children, and I hope that's the only audience that enjoyed it. Not only that, but every joke even had bad set ups. Please end all comedy in Adventure, horror, and non comedy films in general. Or at least make sure it is good. Shia Lebouf repeatedly landing on his crotch-Ugh. I swear I closed my eyes during that scene. In my mind, Crystal Skull was never made and never existed. The newer Indy flick that's already in talks will have Shia replacing Harrison Ford as the new Indy, and I can already predict disaster. At least for fans and not for the youngsters. Die George Lucas-DIE. Crystal Skull was a really bad movie from a fantastic film director and writer. Again, Fuck you George Lucas for ruining yet another great franchise. (I hope this is appropriate for the group :D )
