Lurking Death Death. It scares me. It scared you to your death. It snatched you away from me. It took your life away. Death sucked you up into its clutches And left me all alone on Earth. You weren't even ready for this step. I wasn't even ready to deal with The step you were to face. But you left me. It took you from me. It stole you. It didn't ask. I was scared, Scared it would come for me next. I was frightened, That one day, Death would take me away too.
