This group is an open discussion for lovers of zines, books, hand made, DIY goods, lo-run prints and lo-fi stuff. We hope you like it here.

Café Royal was founded by Craig Atkinson, mainly to help him feed his collection of zines, limited run and d.i.y goods. His aim is also to create a magazine / periodical / book that documents, celebrates, and disseminates the work of selected artists from around the world, who work in a variety of ways that could be considered 'drawing'.

Based in the UK near the sea, Café Royal exists online and on paper, and possibly on the high street in the future.

As well as the magazine and the shop, Café Royal will be organising and supporting exhibitions and other events, mainly in the UK.

SUBMISSIONS.
We don't want to bore you with rules but please read our submission guidelines below. We will try to reply to everyone but we get a lot of mail so can't always do this - please don't be upset if we don't reply to you. If we like what you do we'll keep your submission on record incase something comes up in the future.

To submit work please send us:

> A short bio - around 200 words.
> Tell us whether you are submitting work for the shop, to exhibit or for the magazine.
> Images of the items you want to sell / exhibit / publish. Scans are preferable, images must be 72dpi, 800px wide, Jpeg. Remember to keep a hi-res copy!
> Details of the items, e.g. Price; Size; Medium ; Year created; signed /numbered etc.
