I just went to the pharmacist to get some Cold & Flu tablets (yah, that Flu shot really made a difference...) and I had to give them my driver's licence details before they'd give me the pills. Has this happened to anyone else yet? It's a new law. Apparently they're afraid of people making ICE out of the Pseudoephedrine that's in the Codral tablets. Seriously, you'd have to buy dozens of boxes in order to extract even the tiniest amount. That's just...too much effort! I'd rather take it in this form, bring on the drowsiness!

Ok it happened to me today... I still got that crappy thingy going around - The girl gave me something with a lot more pseudoephedrine and said she told me she needed to record the sale and see my drivers licence... hmmm drowsy much??

I'm sad to say to you all that i've left Perth for a while... I'll be in Moscow for a few years, but of course i'll be looking forward to returning!

I am missing it, though Moscow is pretty cool. I'm actually in Hamburg right now which is ALMOST as cool as Perth...although the trains are in greater supply...AND ACTUALLY RUN! Thanks for everything Alannah McTiernan...
