J J Abrams is a jerk, almost.
Thursday I had a massive spark of excitement, when i saw Regina, more rather who played her. The Stunt woman turned actress, the Incomparable Zoe Bell, the woman who did ever single stunt for the Xena Series. Then as quickly as my excitement was born it died, along with Zoe as she dropped herself into the water wearing a scarf of chains.
First Libby, then Charlotte (almost) now Zoe...damn you J J Abrams. Kill of a dude for once..guh

Boone, Ecko, Charlie? Anywho, I doubt JJ Abrams has much to do with the writing of the show any more.

Blasphemy! I'm warming up to Charlotte now, I liked Libby, then she got shot in the chest, then I met Charlotte, and she got shot in the chest. But she didn't die... there was much rejoicing.

yeah I don't think Kate will be going anywhere. I remember thinking she was going to be one of the deaths in the season 3 finale, but I think that was just wishful thinking on my part because the love quadrangle is getting in the way of all the awesome mythology :)

Ok it should be safe, who do you guys think is on the boat?
My bet is Michael since well, everyone else who left the island, usually left by dying a horrible violent death.
So help me god if its Nikki or Paulo I will lose it.

it probably is Michael... i always wondered what happened to him.
BUT... i also thought it might be Sayid! this could be were he starts working for ben.
it was funny how lock let ben go free
and i wonder how miles is enjoying his "breakfast."... though i'm pretty sure that grenade is a dud. lock needs answers from him, and wouldn't risk miles accidentally blowing himself up

I'm positive it's Michael seeing as how
[SPOILER...probably not huge, but still................]
Harold Perrineau is back this season in case you have been totally blind during the intro credits. I also think that it's quite interesting how Ben had Michael leave the island in a slightly different direction than the freighter-folk have been using. I find that rather interesting in light of the little rocket experiment from a couple weeks ago.
I highly doubt it's Nikki or Paulo seeing as how they are dead, and buried, and more than gone according to the producers. I think it's funny how many people kicked and screamed about not being able to know any of the background characters the first two seasons, and then when some of them were finally introduced the same people kicked and screamed about how much they hated them.
Also something I found interesting from an interview with Damon Lindelof: Season 4 is about who gets off the island and the fact that they need to get back. Season 5 is about why they need to get back, and season 6 is about what happens when they get back.

Probably Michael. The only person that could be more surprising is Charlie.

Ohhh.. good call Kilgore, now THAT would be something cool and unexpected. A Charlie return would be most enjoyable.

Same thing. I was going to pick it up, but that was before Damon Carlton claimed the game wasn't canon :-\

Apparently the Orchid video is canon and the mobisodes are canon. find815 and the videogame, however, are not. I really hope they expand on this a bit, because there were some things in the game that I had hoped fit into the overall mythology.
Damon Carlton are really against making fans have to seek out extra-media information to understand the show, so I wonder that's what they mean by canon. Apparently find815 isn't canon because an entirely separate company worked on it while Damon Carlton were on strike. I find it odd that they claim the game isn't canon though because they worked SO closely with the production team.

It probably digs into the mythos of Lost, but isn't necessary in order to understand the big picture.

theoutlaw says:
that's where i thought it was going as well, but there are a ton of continuity errors in the game (you can read about them on Lostpedia), so I understand why it can't be "canon". Still, I wonder if parts of the game, such as the ending (YouTube "Via Domus Ending") or the reveal of what is behind the concrete wall in the hatch are deemed legit by the producers.

my guess is that claire asked kate to take the baby off the island
then kate was telling everyone it was hers for the sympathy vote in her trial
posted Feb 29
m Dot says:
I don't think Kate intended to use the baby for sympathy in the trial, considering she didn't want to put the kid on the stand. She didn't even want the key witness to meet him.

Covelli says:
yeah... but just the fact that she's a "mom"
or... it's still part of the cover up.. only "8" survived.. so maybe claire "died" in the crash. so if kate was the only woman who survived.. she "had" to have had the baby.
whatever the reason.. i'm pretty sure kate didn't steal aron

Either way, if the courts knew that Kate was not Aaron's mother, they would not hesitate to take Aaron away. I doubt that they would willingly give custody of a child to a suspected felon.

Ive noticed since Kate and Claire are so close and have been since the beginning, something happens to Claire and she give Aaron to Kate. I don't foresee Kate going bad by any means. It seems like everyone who left the island went bonkers, I hope at least one person fares ok.
It reminds me of an interesting point though, in the Flash Forward Episode at the end of last season Kate told jack she had to leave because "he" was waiting for her" we all imagined Sawyer, I'm thinking the He was simply Aaron.

Now the question is, if Claire's baby is being 'Raised by Another', then is Aaron going to turn evil like the psychic predicted?

Jim Thorp says:
ummm I think she steals aaron because of how bad she wants a baby, that's why she decided to sleep with Sawyer one last time while
at Locke's camp. She is sad because she thought she was pregnant and then comes to find out she is not.
She has stold and lied many times before....i think she steals aaron.

what i mostly do is read some kind a recap as well, summarizing open questions and things that have been answered. Lostpedia is one good place for that. With the amount of characters on LOST, it often seems hard to remember everything without help. So these open questions you are refering to don't get so overwhelming.
