Maybe Tsing Tao? It's a Chinese beer, but it's really light and crisp, very refreshing. I've never had it with sushi, mostly spicy Thai food really, but it should cleanse your palette some while changing between types of sushi.

i will celebrate by madly consuming dragon rolls for the rest of my life (eel roll, topped with thin decorative layers of avocado, and, if your sushi chef is cool, little orange fishy eggs topped with a couple pieces of paper to make it look like a dragon!)
unfortunately, i live in cleveland, tn right now, but for my fellow manhattaners (are any of you out there), what's your favorite sushi place in the city? there are so many...Planet Sushi makes my dragon look extra-special but is pricier)

if you ever find yourself in Murfreesboro TN, do yourself a favor and go to Aya Sushi.. its the best sushi place in the area.

Here's a link to a site I personally adore, Digital Sushi. It includes an amazing little sushi glossary. I've been going there for quite some time.
It was created by Elizabeth Nephew, who is not only a sushi lover but a jewelry maker... and she makes really astonishing sushi jewelry. I've been lusting after her creations for many years... if anyone wants to buy me some, my birthday is coming up soon. :3
