My brother and sister in law just got me a hardcover, beautiful, glorious edition of the collections of the Grimms Fairy Tales. I would definitely recommend everyone getting the collection.
Has anyone actually taken the time to read the fairytales by The Brothers Grimm? They would seriously scare most kids into having nightmares. I love how dark and twisted they are though.
well... what the hell? NO comments?! Here's one... the official Stardust movie page. Is anyone else a bit disappointed that Michelle Pfeiffer, Claire Danes, and Robert DeNiro are in the movie? Not that I dislike them, but I was kind of hoping on up and coming unknown actors to play the roles. Kind of in the vein of MirrorMask. Oh well.
THANK YOU FOR COMMENTING ON MY GROUP! The silence was a bit oppressive....:O

This group is for anyone who feels a little touch of nostalgia at the mention of elves, and fairies, and charming princes and wicked step-mothers. A type of power resonates throughout these stories, the power of love, and good conquering evil, and happily ever after.
Whether it be locked in a tower, sleeping for 100 years, or loving a beast, despite his outward appearance, or even a single red rose, these stories still impact us, hundreds of years after they were first spoken into existance.
Enjoy my friends.
