John Piper represents.

John Piper is the Pastor for Preaching at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. John is also the author of more than 20 books and his preaching and teaching is featured on the daily radio program Desiring God. He is a proponent of Christian hedonism, which sounds like a contradiction in terms, but the tagline is "God is most glorified in us, when we are most satisfied in Him."

I saw John Piper speak at New Attitude.. and I fell asleep. But I had been running very low on sleep, and had only just managed to stay awake for the last few sermons.

I love how John Piper emotes. There's no good words for it, but hopefully people in this group are getting happy images of John Piper's arms all over the place.

I'm pretty sure Piper abandoned his hedonism, term. Being a Christian already implies that by its very meaning. I have yet to hear a recent sermon where he mentions the term. He still of course preaches it though, just not in those words.
