I looked for a challenge based purely on number of workouts, but they're all based on time or distance.

Sorry for the non-responses. I've been on the road for the last week.
I've just started the "Couch to 5k" series using Robert Ullrey's podcasted version. The results for this evening was great. On my very first run I recorded a personal best for the mile.
I'm also trying to get the Nike flash-based widget to work on my Virb home page, but so far, no dice. If I figure it out I'll let you know.
My Nike name is K07M0 (zeros for the 0s).
