Hi there, sorry for jumping in, but I hope that you will be glad I did!
I have written a piece called 23 Fragments, and the score is designed to be recorded by individual volunteer musicians at home, who will then email their recordings to me, and I will loop, layer and repeat them to create the finished work. The score is, as the title suggests, in 23 short (2-3 bar) fragments, mostly very simple to play. For most competant muso's they will present very little challenge!
If you are interested in taking part, then you can find the score on the front page of my this profile, along with the other info you'll need.
Everyone who takes part will receive a free copy of the finished work.
The compositional style is ion the same vein as Terry Riley's "In C" , but I have specifically tried to avoid any similarities in the way the finished piece will sound.
I'd love to have some of you guys/gals involved, and it's an interesting opportunity to be part of a performance created by people all across the world...I'm not sure if this is a unique idea, I don't claim it as such , but it will be fun...and rewarding. I hope some of you decide to get involved.
Thanks for your time
Dave Graham

Shit, it's like a room full of silent people who occasionally shout "look at me!" and then vanish again. Is myspace this bad?
