Another free net label I really like is Filtro. Heaps of good electronic music, not all exactly minimal but lots of clicky micro-percussion, echoing chords and scuffed textures.

Monolake has a live recording of their recent "Layering Buddha" project for download consumption. I'd imagine the mix would sound far better on a six channel system as it was intended, but it's pretty nice on just two. http://www.monolake.de/downloads/free_track.html

I've been following Disquiet (http://disquiet.com/) for a while now. It's a solid web zine with an ear towards the quiet side of electronic music. Many great interviews, reviews, downloads, and insights.

Wondering where you're finding high quality (320k or WAV) minimal tracks for purchase (solid free resources are also of interest). Here's where I've been going lately:

So i just discovered a nice little dubtech label named (unfortunately) de'fchild recordings. Emusic had all 5 eps, and i grabbed every single one. Most of which were buy someone named Ruoho Ruitosi. Anyways, its all very nice deeeeeep dubby tech, which is pretty much my crack.
