I've brewed on and off for about 14 years. Most off! Howeer, I brewed a decent amount this winter. I did a Maple Smoked Amber Ale, an Oaked IPA, a batch of spiced apple cider, and a batch of plain apple cider. We usually add a small bit of blackberry syrup in the glass, for the plain cider. Takes the dryness away, adds some sweetness - and that 9% sneaks up on you!
I've brewed on and off over the past 25 years. Back when I started it was hard to find anything decent., things have improved alot since the 80's but brewing is a great hobby. I'm going to brew a kolsch for my next batch.

Used to brew, want to get back to brewing, but no time to brew right now. BTW, anyone needing some help designing labels/packaging/art, hit me up.

This group has been created for the discussion of all things related to real beer, not the yellow watery stuff. Regional microbrews, local brewpubs, large-scale brewing, homebrewing, etc...everything's game.
