I really wanted Rich Franklin to win this second fight against Silva, there seemed so much riding on him ... did anyone else lose money on this one?

I thought Henderson was going to win that belt, but oh well.
I can't believe they gave the decision ti Bisping, one of the worst decisions I've ever seen. It was beyond clear to me that Hamil won that fight. Just awful.
In fact I'd say it was so bad I wouldn't be surprised if there was clear corruption. If Bisping would have lost it would have been a huge set back for building UFC over in europe.
I hope not though...

Where are all the women of MMA?
It's never this easy, is it? - Silva beats Jackson (x2s), then Henderson beats Silva, but Jackson beats Henderson. I couldn't watch the whole fight, it got so boring. I enjoyed the CroCop v. Kongo fight more.

I nodded off during Tito/Rashad. I feel like I'm the only person who couldn't care less about tito.
Anderson was a given although I was kind of pulling for Nathan. I have an affinity for pancrase that probably stems from my love of Bas.
The rest of the televised card happened as expected, too.
I really, really want to see the Lytle fight.

lytle pulled off one of the sickest subs i've seen in a while.
also, i don't care much for tito, either, so you're not alone. had there been more striking in the evans/ortiz fight, i would've liked it, because it was fun seeing rashad out-wrestle the much bigger, more experienced tito.
and did you see nog eat that rhk? shit, i thought it was over.

sherdog says that diego sanchez gets to fight bj penn.
what to do? what to do?
i say bj puts a stomping on sanchez.
but then again, i said the same thing before diego fought karo parysian and nick diaz. we shall see.
EDIT: now sherdog says that penn has never agreed to such a fight.
whatevs.
i'm more interested in the mach/sanchez fight.

BJ looked incredible tonight, glad to see him back at top form. Jens also classy at the end, great promo celebrating the 155lb division.

jens will probably compete in the 145 division of WEC.
i thought the gray/emerson fight was worth watching although it had an awkward ending.

I doubt fight girls will really make a dent in anyone except about 20 females. It's technically muay thai, too.
The only reason to watch it would be to see glimpses of how Master Toddy trains people.
And maybe the curiosity of seeing whether or not Brandon Vera's wife is good.

I got to admit, I kind of wanted to see Chuck lose. I just didn't really expect it to happen in that fashion. I thought it might even go to decision.
Dan Henderson fighting rampage next? Awesome. It would be even crazier if he won, whats he going to do with all those belts? Shogun coming to UFC to fight in the next few months? Awesome.
It will be interesting to see how Pride and UFC interact over the next couple of fights.

Interact is a very generous way of describing the way Pride and UFC have merged.

Has anybody heard of the movie "Never Back Down" It seems like a cross between The OC and Fight Club. I think there are several MMA type movies coming out over the next year or so. Will people give up 2 hours and $20.00 to see any of these types of movies?
