Ralph Fisker says:
thanks a million for the feedback
it's priceless
pope, you're dead on with the fragrance thing - i kicked it out all together
brian, i added some blackness for contrast with heavy colors
here are adjustments
don't know if this model will stay
if changed she'll be in the same pose

i really like it although i am not convinced the font used on "a new fragrance by" is the right one, i like it a bit, but it just seems like there could be a better one, or that it could be placed different.

dude...nice! i like the colors too!
but it kinda feels like they're taking over your design.
awesome job though.

I can see what pope saint victor is saying, the type used is mostly san serifed so the script type stands out, but in a way I really don't see it as a problem due to the fact that it helps ODIS & DKNY be the main focus. It adds some character.
I'd like to see the begining of "a new fragrance by" tucked under the "DIS" of ODIS, but I'm not sure if that would work.ha.
It seems that ODIS and DKNY are competing with eachother a tad bit.
I like the gradient.
my two cents

/brian has a point, Like the colors, but the saturation is more than i can take for long. The text "a new fragrance by" look awkward. The texture and composition of the rest of the pieces are the strongest element in my opinion.

I like this better than the last ones. The figure | ground relationship makes this piece more digestible. Is the text in the middle supposed to be that imbedded into the background?

Chaka"....Thanks for the kind words.....I repect your opinion....your work is awesome!....ya, the type is not relevant to anything...just a part of the genetic image i nabbed".......and Ralph,....the pink background was sort of a mistake that I kept.....it's a global map....repeated......out of registration'....and i liked the way it looked so i kept it......this is a possible t-shirt design I am working on.

nice job bro.
i think the third one is by far the best.
the best way to learn photoshop is simply this: keep using it. keep spending time with it.
the more you mess around, the more you'll learn.
keep it up dude!
