I DID IT!

Don't laugh. Okay, laugh. But think of it this way.... I'm a runner wannabe. Think of something you wish you could do, but totally suck at it. That's me and running. So, I just want to say I ran 2.5 miles without stopping today, and that's a HUGE accomplishment for me! I write about much of my success and failures here. I love this fall weather. It's made a huge difference for me. =)

Hi there. We're not really runners ... but we sort of are ... in a non-running "name of band" kind of way. So yeah!
I'm a newbie. I'm starting the Couch Potato to 5k. I promised myself to join a support group if I wasn't in shape by the summer. Summer's here and so am I. Hi! =)

I am an assistant coach at Howard Community College right now. Last year i won the 800 meters and became a first team All-American at the NJCAA National Championships. I am not saying i know it all, but i know a lot. If i can't help you, i will see who i can get the answer from. I love to run, it been part of my life since i was in 3rd grade. It is where i am most free. I hope that i can help bring this joy to you as well and help you improve and enjoy running.
