Unfortunately, this is a very neglected group due to the fact that no ever has anything to talk about and also the fact that I have been unable to access the enternet because of my recent decision to join the Navy.

Just an almost 40, athsmatic runner trying to relive the glory days. Getting older and my times are getting slower but I still enjoy the run!
