My first experience with Mario was at a cousin's house when I was around 9 years old - he had the combo Mario Bros/Duck Hunt. I remember being hypnotized by the 'awesome' graphics and having the power to squish goombas underneath Mario's feet. We must have played that game for 18 hours straight. It was insane.
