My new thing for the new year is to leave my office every day with my inbox at zero, and to never have to declare email bankruptcy. So far, I've got all X's on my Seinfeld chain for that particular thing. Now, if I could only do that with documenting my weight watchers stuff. :-D But, inbox at empty every day is the bee's knees.

I'm sure you're all using this already, but if you're not, you MUST get Yojimbo right this second. It's basically an information organizer. Truthfully, it's changed my life more than any single app I've gotten in years. I just pile everything on the planet in there and it's amazing how much more efficient I've become in finding random tidbits of info. Love it love it love it.

Is it bad that I finally got into the OmniFocus "Sneaky Peak" and then proceeded to spend hours organizing my life into it instead of actually "getting things done"?
Oh yeah, and is it worse that my projects (not even tasks mind you) are nested below two levels of project folders?

Just downloaded the free Mac App: iGTD. I'm totally obsessed with it. I really want to use a few software programs as possible. This may be a winner. I can however see myself getting very caught up in the managing of my lists. I have a BackPack account, other software: Process, OmniOutliner, OmniGraffle, Inspiration, Notebook, Notetaker, Blinkbid, Filemaker, iClip etc..... -JLG
