Ban alcohol outright

People I care about are being damaged by alcohol. I have no other solution. Be bold: We must ban alcohol outright. Violators will be shot. Survivors will go into rehabilitation and/or shot again as deemed appropriate.

All right leave out the shooting. Just take away the alcohol.
