continued from below..... overwhelmed, tired, exhausted cant go on. Facing anything. We can tap into the supply of theSpirit that Jesus has given to us. That will give you all the strength you will ever need. The Spirit will give you a supply of power you could never begin to use it all...

Remember this is directly from Rick Renners book. A little paraphrased to shorten it.

Have you ever read sparkling Gems, By Rick Renner? If you have this will sound familar...
Could you use a lettle extra strength to make it through the day?

Philippians 1 :19 For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

At times everyone gets tired and mentally exhausted. But there are those who seem to just keep on going. Can it be that there are those that haved learned to tap into a supernatural source? Well in the above scripture the word SUPPLY is EPICHOREGEO Which has a long story of an interpretation which I hope you will read...

IT means _ ON BEHALF OF THE CHOIR. Well what in the world does that mean? Here it is... Thousands of years ago in classical greece a huge choral and dramatic company praciticed endlessly for a huge theatrical performance. After all of the effort they put time and money and practice They had a huge problem.. They had no money!

They had given their lives to the production. They had committed all of their resources to make sure the performance succeded. But becuase of finances it meant that the show was over . They were finished. It was the end of their dream... :(

But , A wealthy man heard of the problem. and he stepped into the middle of their situation and made an enormous contribution "on behalf of the choir" This contribution Supplied all they needed to get back in business again. In fact the gift was so generous , so overflowing , and abundant they did not know what to do with all of it. So that is what SUPPLY means. MORE THAN ENOUGH.

so in light of this explanation the scripture Philippians 1:19 coud be taken to mean:

"I am certain that this situation will ultimately turn around and result in my deliverance. I'm sure of it-- first, because you are praying for me; and second, because of the special contrubution of the Spirit that Jesus Christ is donating for my present cause."

So, when we are overwhelmed, tired ,...

Hebrews 12:1-3
1 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. 2 Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Do you ever think about this scripture? I do , I wonder who is in that cloud of witnesses? Do they watch me while I'm sleeping and surfing the internet , Is it like tv for people in heaven, watch the earthlings. The most important thing I don't want is to dissappoint my Father, My heavenly Father and my dad who passed away 2 years ago. I wonder if he sees? And to consider Jesus and what HE did for me? Whew. Overwhelming.

I had this comment in the Christian Group, only no one noticed so I put it here. Pretty Basic Stuff.

That is so funny becuase I have thought of that same thing to.
That would be kind of funny if it was like tv. And each persons life was like a show and if they get board of that one person they change the channel.lol I know they would get board of me, they would be like ok this is the 35th time she has done this same thing when will she ever learn. And how long is she going to sleep its been like 10 hours already.lol
Or if like our family that has gone to be with the lord know when like we are going through hard times in life. I dont know thease are just thoughts.

Well Im posting this up because I herd this verse in church today in the message translation and I thought it was very good .
Romans 12:1-2

Place Your Life Before God

1-2 So here's what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.

Amen , Sis. Agreed. I like that version. That is wonderful to know that we are growing. Even those of us who are supposed to be all grown up. I will continue to grow, and this scripture is a wonderful truth. Thank You. Keep it up.
