Maker's Mark

So I went to an Old Crow Medicine Show show at Avalon in Los Angeles last Wednesday night. Do not buy Maker's Mark while at Avalon. You get a communion glass of whiskey for $10. TEN FREAKING DOLLARS. Maker's Mark is great, but not $10 a shot great.

Maker's Mark is Kentucky's finest and most popular bourbon. Each bottle is hand-dipped in red sealing wax (VIP bottles are dipped in gold sealing wax). Unlike most whiskeys, Maker's Mark is not aged for any specific period of years; rather it is bottled and marketed when expert tasters agree that it is ready.
