this is a total no-brainer, but some people still have problems giving up drinking soda and other non-water beverages. diet coke doesn't mean you're on a diet. seriously, if you drink nothing but water (and i mean NOTHING but water) you will lose weight.
I'm a certified spinning and group fitness instructor and I recently watched the 10-minute trainer videos. I started with the upper body workout and tied the resistance bands to a spinning bike and did various presses, curls and kickbacks.... I used the green bands which is like the whimpiest and this was on tuesday, my arms are still sore!!!!

Anyone working out with a rebounder? I used to run but I'm a fair weather runner (pathetic I know) and given it's nearly November in Scotland I am "at home" for the winter. Any tips on using the rebounder to get fit?
