I love Japanese music, but I've noticed a glaring lack of Japanese musicians and fans here on VIRB. Thus, I have created this group in an attempt to partially amend that.
Before you go away, thinking, "this is a crazy Japan-o-phile otaku person," I want to assure you that I'm interested in the music as a casual listener, not primarily because it is Japanese, but because it is good, enjoyable music. I want to introduce it to people who may not hear what certain bands have to offer due to geographical or social limitations, otherwise.
I encourage discussion of your favorite Japanese groups, and suggestions for other users to go on when looking for something to listen to. Of course, I have to (for legal reasons) discourage direct mp3 linking, but there are alternatives, such as linking to the Last.fm page, for example. Post away! ^_^
