ahhhh Fawlty Towers. I bought the boxset on dvd recently and adore it sooooo so much! One of my favourite episodes is when they have that deaf guest Mrs Richards who complains about everything. Mrs. Richards: Girl, I start to ask this man about my room, and he tells me the manager is a Mr. Watt, aged forty. Manuel: No, no no. "Fawwl-ty." Mrs. Richards: Faulty? What's wrong with him? CLASSIC! I love the miscommunication and how she keeps calling Basil "What" throughout the episode. HIlarious!

This is typical. Absolutely typical... of the kind of ARSE I have to put up with from you people. You ponce in here expecting to be waited on hand and foot, while I'm trying to run a hotel here.
