My Raleigh Rapide conversion

Velocity rims (deep v in back, aerohead in front)
Surly fixed/fixed hubs, 16t cog and lockring on one side, unused 16t freewheel on the other
Sugino RD 165mm cranks and 48t chainring
Raleigh Rapide 10-speed frame
Selle Italia saddle
Stock bars, stem, headset, seatpost, brake
DIY UIC stripes on the seat tube for cool bike kid points, but I think I'm gonna take those off.

Eventually I plan to give it a black brake, stem, handlebar and seat post, with white bar tape and a white saddle.
