Don't worry about joining this group, it's nothing to be scared of.
We all have them - fears, justified or not, of reasonable or silly things.
Share and explain your fears and you may find that you are not alone - whether it be the usual fear of spiders, heights, enclosed or open spaces, mice, cats, dogs, birds - or maybe the less common fears of clowns, buttons, feathers, feet (ok, I'm not scared of feet, I just don't like them); whatever it is that sends shivers up or down your spine, this is the place to let it all out.
If you know the technical term for these phobias or fears, tell us - we can learn a new one every day!
If you know what started your fear or when it began, give us the details - it may help us to understand it and you to overcome it.
You never know, we may be able to offer some advice. If we can't, then at least we'll feel a bit better knowing that there's someone out there more scared than we are.
