I hope not to discriminate against anyone without access to a digital camera or cameraphone, but even if you can't take part, then maybe you'll have fun watching the results and become inspired to get a camera... (assuming anyone actually does take up the challenges).
In this group we set a challenge (whoever wants to, or whoever is nominated by the group) then attempt to produce some interesting results in a short timescale - don't want to think these posts go on for days and weeks - would prefer to see a two or three day turnaround to keep it fresh.
So, for example, the challenge can be to take pictures of 5 things beginning with the letter Q, or 10 blue things, or to find an old photo of yourself and recreate it as you are now (posting both so we can compare), or a picture of everything you have eaten or drank in one 24 hour period. The possiblities are endless and I hope we can come up with some good ideas - steal the ideas from other sites if necessary if you see anything that sounds like it might work (the more difficult ones can have a longer deadline set, and the easy ones can be posted as soon as you can manage to complete them).
I'm not looking for professional, photoshopped images here - just some fun pics that we can all enjoy. If you CAN take good photos, then obviously it would be nice, but no one should feel intimidated by those who have more skills. Remember - it's supposed to be fun! Don't take yourself too seriously.
