Maybe the Old Chain Bridge, Key Bridge, 14th Street Bridge, Memorial Bridge, 11th Street Bridge, and Ellington Bridge (Calvert Street). The Ellington Bridge I would think might be coolest from Rock Creek Parkway. There are some others along there, but I don't remember their names off the top of my head.
